Abstract

This study aims to determine whether BMT Mekar Da’wah Serpong has implemented Islamic business ethics and sharia marketing in accordance with the theory of Islamic law. The research method is qualitative using interview techniques, library research and internet searching. Then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that BMT Mekar Da’wah has implemented Islamic business ethics in accordance with the existing principles of Islamic business ethics. In its business activities, BMT Mekar Da’wah is free from usury, can balance economic and social activities, gives members the freedom to choose its products, is responsible to its members and social activities funded by baitul maal, and honesty is applied to employees. BMT. Then, BMT Mekar Da’wah has implemented sharia marketing in accordance with the existing characteristics of sharia marketing. BMT Mekar Da’wah has instilled religious values ​​in their daily lives, behaves and speaks politely to its members, in its marketing, there are no lies and is very transparent, and maintains good relationships with its members. This shows that BMT Mekar Da’wah Serpong applies Islamic business ethics and sharia marketing has shown compliance with the MUI DSN Fatwa No.04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 regarding Murabaha.

Abstract

One of the Islamic banking products that is quite flexible is multi-service Ijarah. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of multi-service ijarah contracts in one of the Islamic banks, especially for financing the education sector. The implementation of multiservice ijarah financing is carried out in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) by combining the ijarah contract and the wakalah contract. However, there are still obstacles to identify financing objects in this education sector. In addition, the status of using the wakalah contract as a supporting contract is still unclear in the practice of multi-service ijarah. The issue of the imposition of fines by banks is also an important discussion as a solution to provide optimal services for customers who need financing in the education sector.

Abstract

The challenge for the industrial era 4.0 towards the industrial era 5.0 which is felt by humans is the loss of many skills that are usually carried out by humans who are transferred to technology. The transformation of banking services due to technological disruptions felt by the banking world, conventional services that have been carried out face-to-face have been replaced by technology, business activities and banking products can be said to be disrupted by the emergence of various finances. technology platforms, especially those engaged in P2P Lending and Payment. This can threaten human resources in the banking world if there is no solution and adaptive action taken by the bank so that banking human resources will still have a place according to their level of expertise. Interpreting from primary and secondary data sources, the result is that there has been a significant decrease in the quantity of banking human resources, but simultaneously the bank is reskilling to improve the quality of human resources to be ready to face changes in banking services. towards an excellent service digital banking system that still adheres to the principle of prudence.

Abstract

OVOP is a program with the following missions: producing globalizing local product, producing product based on self-creativity and ability, and being able to develop human resource competency. OVOP program is expected to realize the superior product in each of businesses belonging to SMEs in Indonesia; thus, it is expected to realize an independent economy. This research aimed to describe the OVOP-based SMEs empowerment design as economic movement with local wisdom value. The research method employed was the qualitative one, with case study design. This research took place in Batik Bagus Warna Alam SME in Denasri Village. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document study. Technique of analyzing data used was Spradley’s domain analysis. Data validation test in this study was conducted using data credibility test. Data credibility test was carried out using triangulation technique. The result of research showed that OVOP-based SMEs empowerment in Batik Bagus Warna Alam SME in Denasri Village was conducted in some stages: (1) choosing product with local typical characteristic, (2) education, training, and expert mentor corresponding to each area of SMEs, (3) implementing product monitoring, and (4) mapping local potency based on local wisdom values. However, in practice SMEs empowerment in Batang Regency has not been based on local wisdom values.

Abstract

The approach in this study uses a descriptive approach, the approach is intended to describe the description of the defense economy as a science by emphasizing the study of defense economics, especially the issues of study that developed during the cold war and post-cold war studies and the development of defense economy studies according to contemporary definitions. Defense economics is a study of defense costs that examines issues of defense and peace using economic analysis and methods which include microeconomic and macroeconomic studies such as static and dynamic optimization, growth theories, distribution, comparison of statistical and econometric data (use of statistical economic models). The post-Cold War Defense Economy is no longer just about managing logistical resources during wartime, managing the supply of weapons on the battlefield or war winning strategies by controlling economic resources. Understanding of the Defense Economy today has shifted to issues such as conflict, terrorism, peace, disasters to social problems ranging from food to health.
