Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution, industry trends began to combine automation technology with cyber technology. For this reason, a security system is needed as a response to the growing development of this cyber technology. One of the security solutions in doing authentication is to use a part of the human body, the face. The system can detect face objects as input images from the camera. After the object is detected, the system will do a matching face with the face image contained in the system database. This system is using the application of Computer Vision in the security system. The image will be processed using the Haar Cascade method to detect facial objects contained in the image. The Eigenface method to compare detected faces with faces in the database. Both of these methods will be processed using Raspberry Pi. Three users test the system with different conditions. For users already registered in the database, the door lock will open automatically. The open door security system will reject users that are not stored in the database and send notifications via the Telegram and Whatsapp applications. The average accuracy of face recognition ranges from 80% – 90% with the distance of the camera as far as 0.45 m in a room with good light. Accuracy and response capabilities are greatly influenced by distance, camera specifications, angle, and light intensity

Abstract

The background of the research is the need for 3 phase ac servoposition is needed to obtain a precise position, where the 3 phase ac motor with a power between 0.25 to 1 kw when used to make precise position movements, is quite difficult, because of the moment of inertia, when  silent governed the way the starting time process from zero speed to nominal speed is quite long, about 1 to 2 seconds, as well as when from normal rotation commanded to stop zero speed the process of stopping time ranges from 2 to 3 seconds, whereas we want starting  time 0.5 seconds and stop time 0.75 seconds stop right in the position ordered.  This problem is very disturbing in making other system controls, because the time is long enough in the starting time and stoping time, and this process will repeat every time according to the modulation of the control signal received by the motor switching system, while the operating time of the desired system is only 30 seconds  in following the target so as not to disappear in the camera shot, starting from the target start is obtained until the end of the process when turning on the firing button, as used in controlling the missile launcher.  The launcher’s processing time is only about a few minutes, for searching, locking and firing, otherwise the object to be locked will disappear from observation.

Abstract

Nowadays, to determine the ticketed sanctions in court still using experts without systematic assistance. Certainly, it is very unfortunate if the technology is not utilized in this field. A similar problem also exists with the traffic police on duty to do out the crossing and socialize the articles and fines that apply to traffic violators. The police must also memorize the articles of traffic violations, but only those that are often violated by drivers because there are many articles on traffic violations that the police cannot memorize. Therefore, in this research, the writer creates a system to assist judges in determining sanctions or fines for traffic violators, to assist the police in socializing the traffic violator, and to assist the drivers in knowing the rules, and also the traffic articles. The Forward Chaining method would be more suitable to be used for those systems because the research field uses facts to be sure. The objects of this research are car and motorcycle riders.  The existence of several case examples are used by the writer that is useful to test the accuracy of the process or the results of this consultation, researchers also provide examples to the drivers, the police, and also legal experts for testing this traffic expert system. With the level of validation of truth that has been achieved, this traffic expert system can be used as a method of judges, violators or police in determining ticketing sanctions

Abstract

Aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat adalah sebuah sarana aspirasi dalam bentuk pengaduan masyarakat berbasis online yang berprinsip mudah, terpadu dan tuntas untuk pengawasan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang bisa dipakai memudahkan masyarakat untuk melaporkan suatu kejadian dan bisa direspon atau ditanggapi dengan cepat, efektif dan efesien oleh pihak instansi terkait. Dengan mengunakan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme Programming (XP) diharapkan aplikasi yang dibuat lebih cepat selesai dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem pengelolaan aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat untuk admin yang berbentuk web aplikasi untuk menampung hasil dari pengaduan dari masyarakat yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile, dengan harapan pihak kelurahan dapat mendengarkan setiap keluhan yang masuk dari masyarakat melewati aplikasi ini dan dapat direspon dengan baik dan ditindak lanjuti hasil dari pelaporan masyarakat.

Abstract

Saat ini pengetahuan menjadi sebuah asset dalam suatu organisaisi. Dalam manajemen pegetahuan terdapat dua macam pengetahuan yaitu pengetahuan tacit dan pengetahuan eksplisit. Sebuah studi menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan tacit merupakan isu yang sangat penting dalam memanajemen pengetahuan di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti hubungan antara pengethuan tacit dalam aspek manufaktur, dengan research question “Bagaimana pengetahuan tacit berpengaruh dalam aspek manufaktur”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalh untuk mendapatkan pemahaman terkait pengetahuan tacit dalam aspek manufaktur.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat pesat. Tentu hal ini harus ditanggapi dengan serius oleh dunia usaha, tentunya untuk kepentingan kemajuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan data menjadi bidang yang sangat membutuhkan support tool dari sebuah sistem informasi, yaitu untuk menghasilkan data yang valid. PT Serambi Gayo Sentosa sebagai perusahaan bidang jasa kelistrikan sangat membutuhkan sistem tersebut dimana saat ini perusahaan tersebut masih mengunakan sistem yang manual untuk pengolahan datanya. Dengan sistem manual sering ditemukan kesalahan dala perhitungan dan pencarian data.  Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan sistem informasi warehouse yang mencakup fungsi pencatatan, penyimpanan, pengolahan serta laporan barang untuk memudahkan bagian gudang dalam pengolahan data. Mengunakan model rapid aplication development dalam pembagunan aplikasinya. Pengujian compatibility sistem berjalan baik di internet explorer dan Mozzila Firefox serta penggujian white-box dan black-box testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem berhasil dianalisis kebutuhannya serta terimplementasikan sesuai dengan perancangan. Dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan sistem yang masih manual pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Mobile-based technology in the company’s current activities, is something that needs to be applied in order to obtain efficiency in terms of time, without having to reduce the important components of the function of a company’s activities itself. One division that needs attention in technology development is the personnel division because in managing the performance and attitudes of employees on a large scale and fluctuating nature, it requires an integrated system based on mobile that is user-friendly and able to efficiently use the appraisal tool for all employees and directors who previously used web-based system. The personnel division of Idolmart is currently running a program with a focus on employee performance appraisal, the system currently running is still desktop-based which will be developed into an Android-based mobile application. The purpose of making this application is to find empirical evidence of a positive influence on the efficiency of employee assessment programs for the Idolmart personnel division through the android application. This type of research uses qualitative research that emphasizes how the personnel section of Idolmart uses a self-development program through an android application to produce an assessment of the daily personality of its employees. The results of this study are, the output in the form of periodic table reports from all input menus can be accessed directly by employees through the android application via the view menu. The android application can be used by every Idolmart employee in accordance with the development of the upcoming Android operating system.

Abstract

Implementasi   keamanan  data  adalah  salah  satu  cara  efektif  dalam  mengamankan  data  demi melindungi privasi dan keaslian data milik pengguna. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana cara melindungi suatu file citra digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kriptografi ElGamal, metode tersebut adalah suatu bagiana dari kriptografi asimetris. Terdapat tiga proses didalam Kriptogtafi ElGamal, yaitu proses pembuatan kunci, proses enkripsi data dan proses dekripsi data. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah research dan development (R&D) yang dimulai dari identifikasi masalah sampai produksi prototipe akhir.

Hasil dari penelitian ini di implementasikan dalam suatu program perangkat lunak pada perangkat Android dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi setiap orang yang ingin mengamankan data – data gambar penting.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat tentunya menyebabkan data yang terdapat di insitusi pendidikan semakin meningkat. Hal ini akhirnya menimbulkan inovasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu dengan kemunculan Big Data. Nilai dari Big Data itu sendiri terletak pada hasil analisa dan peramalan atau perbuatan yang berasal dari hasil analisa dan peramalan tersebut. Dalam jurnal ini, akan dijelaskan mengenai usulan penggunaan Analisa Big Data untuk menganalisa tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam menempuh mata kuliah, yang terdiri atas analisa pembelajaran, analisa akademik dan analisa proses. Pengolahan data-data dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan tools Power OLAP dengan memasukkan data nilai siswa. Dengan pemanfaatan Analisa Big Data, maka dapat diperoleh wawasan mengenai tingkat keberhasilan siswa sehingga mendukung analisa peramalan dan meningkatkan decision making berdasarkan data-data yang ada dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja keberhasilan siswa dan institusi.

Abstract

Industri CPO merupakan sebuah perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan serta pengolah kelapa sawit. Dalam proses peningkatan kualitas dalam pelayanan penjualan dan pengolahan kelapa sawit serta kinerja pegawai, maka diperlukannya sebuah teknologi dan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan pesatnya perkembangan dalam bidang teknologi sekarang ini. Teknologi dan sistem informasi dapat membantu berjalannya serta peningkatan proses bisnis suatu perusahaan jika teknologi dan sistem informasi itu selaras dengan proses bisnis yang ada dalam perusahaan. Industri CPO ini telah mempunyai beberapa aplikasi untuk membantu berjalannya proses bisnis serta meningkatkan kinerja dari pekerjaan industri CPO itu, tetapi perusahaan ini masih membutuhkan beberapa pengembangan terkait teknologi dan sistem informasi mereka terlebih yang berada diperkebunan mereka. Enterprise architecture planning dapat membantu menciptakan teknologi dan sistem informasi selaras dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Dalam enterprise architecture itu sendiri terdapat beberapa framework pembantu dan pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa usulan model metode TOGAF yang disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis serta kebutuhan bisnis yang ada pada industri CPO yang dapat membantu meningkatkan proses bisnis perusahaan tersebut.
