Abstract

ABSTRAK

Rokok menjadi permasalahan yang mengancam kelangsungan hidup generasi di Indonesia. Konsumsi rokok
terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan saat ini Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke tiga dunia dengan jumlah perokok tertinggi setelah China dan India. Pemerintah telah membuat berbagai kebijakan strategis yang secara bertahap diharapkan mampu menekan jumlah perokok secara signifikan. Pemberlakuan kawasan tanpa rokok (KTR) merupakan salah satu peta jalan pengendalian dampak konsumsi rokok yang diatur oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 40 tahun 2013. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah systematic review dengan mengambil sumber data pada jurnal portal garuda Ristekdikti yang diunduh pada 2 Januari 2020 sampai dengan 19 Januari 2020. Didapatkan 39 artikel yang sesuai. Setelah dilakukan seleksi dan identifikasi sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, terdapat 10 artikel yang ditelaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi perokok terhadap kawasan tanpa rokok cukup baik dan perokok menyetujui pemberlakuan kawasan tanpa rokok. Pemberlakuan kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok mampu mengendalikan perilaku merokok khususnya di instansi yang memberlakukan kawasan tanpa rokok

ABSTRAK

Obesitas dapat berdampak pada peningkatan risiko terjadinya penyakit tidak menular hingga penurunan
produktivitas. Obesitas diduga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Wilayah perkotaan memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan wilayah pedesaan dari berbagai aspek, seperti kegiatan perekonomian maupun gaya hidup yang memungkinkan risiko yang lebih besar untuk terjadinya obesitas dibandingkan dengan wilayah pedesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review, untuk merangkum hasil penelitian mengenai obesitas di wilayah perkotaan yang dipublikasikan pada sepuluh tahun terakhir. Determinan obesitas pada wilayah perkotaan meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal dikelompokkan sebagai perilaku konsumsi dan aktivitas, sikap, serta karakteristik individu. Faktor eksternal terdiri dari dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar individu.

The prevalence of breast cancer continues to increase by 1.4 per 1,000 population and cause of death number 7 (5.7%) from all causes of death Since 2007-2013 early detection of breast cancer has been carried out by women as many as 644,951 people (1.75%) with the discovery of a lump suspect (tumor) 1682 people or 2.6 per population. Where as SADANIS (Clinical Breast Check) program showed an increase to (57%) to 1,623,913 people from 904,099 at the end of 2014. The purpose of this research is to know Factors related to SADARI Behaviour Young Woman in the early detection efforts of breast cancer in SMA Putra Bangsa Depok Year 2019. By using quantitative research using Cross Sectional design. The data used is primary data with angket filling. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate. Total population of 93 students. Results of sufficient indicate there is a relationship between knowledge, exposure to information, support of parents, perception of seriousness and perception of barriers with SADARI Behaviour (p value < 0.05). Therefore recommended to include health counseling and health programs such as developing SADARI Poster and simulated practice aware to improve the youth’s understanding of it.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to explore perceptions of the main health problems in Depok according to members of the Depok Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) and the Head of Depok City Health Office. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research design. The research subjects were seventeen Depok DPRD members. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation and data verification were used in data analysis process. Triangulation of techniques and sources have been performed. The Informants stated several main problems in Depok City which are inadequate number of health service facilities and the infrastructures, unhealthy behavior, inequitable access to health Care by the poor in community, lack of health workers, the existence of infectious and non-communicable diseases, limited collaboration between the government and private sector specifically in national health insurance scheme, environmental health issues , drug abuse and lack of performance of information management systems especially at the Regional General Hospital.

Abrasion is damage to dental tissue due to foreign objects, such as toothbrushes and toothpastes that contain abrasive ingredients. Abrasion caused by brushing teeth in a horizontal direction and with excessive emphasis. This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between the characteristics and habits of brushing teeth with the incidence of dental abrasion in employees of the Al-Ikhlas Masjid Cilandak Foundation in Jakarta. This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The research sample used total sampling totaling 32 employees of Masjid Al-Ikhlas Foundation. Data collection through direct interviews and observations by filling out checklist sheets and dental abnormalities (tooth abrasion) cards. Data analysis was conducted in univariate and bivariate. The results of univariate analysis showed that the incidence of tooth abrasion was mostly in the high category (53.1%), employee age> 38 years (56.3%), female sex (56.3%), tooth brushing frequency <3 times (62, 5%), and the tooth brushing technique is mostly good (56.3%). The results of bivariate analysis, variables that were significantly associated with dental abrasion events were the frequency of tooth brushing (p = 0.035 and OR = 7,000), and tooth brushing techniques (p = 0.029 and OR = 7.333) .

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Nurses in meeting spiritual service needs in patients are influenced by one of the factors namely spiritual intelligence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between characteristics and nurse’s spiritual intelligence by fulfilling the inpatient spiritual service needs in Banten Hospital in 2019. The study was conducted in Banten General Hospital in July-August 2019. This research was quantitative with a cross-sectional design by using a questionnaire as a primary data and using Chi-square test as the data analysis. The sample used all nurses in population with total sampling to 71 nurses. The results showed that respondents who fulfilled the needs of spiritual services were not as good as 37 respondents (52.1%). Bivariate results showed variables related to meeting spiritual service needs, namely the level of education (p value = 0.039), length of work (p value =0.042), and nurse spiritual intelligence (p value =0.022). Based on the results of this study it is suggested that there is a need for assistance or special mentors conducted by senior nurses to junior nurses (length of work ≤ 4 years). Because the results of this research prove that nurses who have a new length of work who have the opportunity to meet the needs of spiritual services are not good for patients.

Smoking behavior at Junior High School area especially at Panongan Subdistrict has been apprehensive about enough. The study head for analyze the correlation between smoking behavior with used Lawrence Green Theory. The study used Cross Sectional Design that be supported with qualitative approach. There were 230 respondents and 6 informan to indepth interview. The result showed that smoking behavior more on boys students that have negative attitude and simple access to the cigarette, they have bad family and bad friends too. There was a significant correlation are age (p value = 0.044), sex (p value = 0.000), attitude (p value = 0.000), access (p value = 0.000), family interaction (p value = 0.006) and peer group (p value=0.000) to the smoking behavior. Meanwhile there wasn’t correlation in knowledge and school’s regulation. Access was the most important factor that influenced smoking behavior. There wasn’t specific regulation about smoking prohibition at school and there wasn’t socialization about regulation from Tangerang district to the junior high school at Panongan Subdistrict.

Every job has risks and hazards related to the work performed. The worker for Handling Public Infrastructure and Facilities (PPSU) as the officer in charge of cleaning public facilities in east Jakarta is not immune from risks and dangers when carrying out their duties. Some of the dangers that may occur include the presence of biological, physical, and chemical hazards that can make injuries and illness from occupational diseases. Independent variables of this study are worker characteristics (age, years of service, and education, knowledge, attitudes), facilities availability, and supervision, and the dependent variable is PPSU’s unsafe action. The purpose of the study was to relationship characteristics, facilities availability and supervision with unsafe action at PPSU. The study design was cross sectional. The research sample was all PPSU workers in X Village east Jakarta, which were 64 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The results of the study were mostly unsafe action from PPSU were not risky (57.8%), proportion of old age (50.0%), work period was mostly> 3 years (79.7%), the education of officers was high (78.1%), officer knowledge is also high (71.9%), positive officer attitudes (56.2%), most officers state that the facilities availability are complete (56.2%), and the supervision carried out is good (60.9%). Based on bivariate analysis, shows that the variables related to PPSU’s unsafe behavior are knowledge (p value = 0.006 and PR = 5.943), attitudes (p value = 0.017 and OR = 4.018), facilities availability (p value = 0.004 and OR = 5.400), and supervision (p value = 0.040 and OR = 3.375). Whereas the unrelated are age (p value = 1,000), years of service (p value = 0.523), and education (p value = 1,000).

Fire cases during 2017 experienced an increase from the previous year, therefore many firefighters experienced fatigue. This study aims to determine the level of fatigue experienced by officers and to find out related factors associated with work fatigue. This is quantitative research with cross sectional study design with technique total sampling as much 61 person. Data collection is done by interview and direct measurement. Analysis of univariate data show that 83,6% respondents are aged, 62,3% respondents normal nutritional status, 82% respondents year of service old, 54,1% respondents not enough sleep duration, 54,1% respondent with not good work time, 52,5% respondent with smoking status  and 83,6% do not have history of disease. Based of statistical test use person chi square the results show  that there was a relation between age (p value = 0,018), year of service (p value = 0,009), sleep duration (p value = 0,028), work time (p value = 0,028), smoking status (p value = 0,015), with work fatigue at firefighters and rescue services offices in South Jakarta Year 2018. Efforts are needed to eliminate or reduce work fatigue at firefighters by providing adequate rest periods and dividing tasks in accordance with the age and working period of the officers, and can provide counseling and installation of posters about the dangers of smoking.

The coverage of weighing toddlers in West Lampung Regency in 2016 has not met the target. From the 11 of health center in West Lampung Regency, The Srimulyo Suoh health center (Puskesmas) is a health center with underfive weighing coverage because the achievement of underfive weighing coverage has decreased, from 62.8% in 2015 to 52.5% in 2016, this figure is still low means has not met the achievement target of 75%.. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh in West Lampung 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the working area of ​​The Srimulyo Suoh health center in West Lampung in 2017. In this case, the researchers looked at the variable knowledge and attitudes of mothers. This type of research is quantitative, with the cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had children under five who were in the Working Area of ​​the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung amounting to 54 respondents. In this study the sampling technique used uses the total population. The results in the study found that p value for the knowledge variable p value = 0.04 and attitude p value = 0.025 so that p value <0.05, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal participation in weighing toddlers in the Puskesmas Srimulyo Suoh West Lampung. Suggestions for mothers of children under five so that they can continue to improve their activity in participating in good posyandu activities by asking health workers about weighing toddlers and using health services as well as possible.
