Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the Muhammadiyah Business Center (MBC) and to find out as well as to analyze the company’s internal and external factors by using SWOT analysis, namely: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This research was field research, the data sources were primary and secondary data which were done through interviews, observation as well as the document collected by reviewing various relevant references as the focus of the research. Furthermore, the data analysis referred to the marketing mix of the 7P concept (Product, price, place, promotion, people, process, product psychological evidence. Then the SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results of the study were based on the analysis that Muhammadiyah Business Center had implemented an appropriate marketing strategy by referring to the 7P marketing concept, while the results of the SWOT matrix could be drawn the conclusions based on a number of developments through consideration of internal and external factors which would be able as the benefit of the progress of the MBC. The marketing process and MBC services were conducted honestly, in moderation. The most appropriate strategy used by Muhammadiyah Business Center in order to be the choice of consumers in selling products was the formulation of SO strategies, namely strategies using strengths to take advantage of the opportunities.

Abstract

Financial literacy is a person’s understanding of good and correct allocation and finance. Financial literacy is a process to improve one’s knowledge, knowledge, and skills in managing and using finances in a good and right way. This study discusses finance on the Islamic capital market in the Muhammadiyah organization. By requesting a questionnaire to 70 respondents obtained the results of the literacy of Muhammadiyah residents on Islamic capital market products an average of 75% can be categorized as moderate, this value according to the range of 60% <80%.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Kebayoran Baru Branch is one of the oldest branches in Jakarta, with a well-developed Charity Business, such as Leading Schools and Hospitals and the success of organizing da’wah, is also the place for the establishment of the Muhammdiyah Vigilance and Preparedness Command “abbreviated as KOKAM. This research is intended so that the next generation can listen, follow, and understand how Muhammadiyah was born, grew, developed and survived until now. The method used is qualitative research with secondary data collection techniques by extracting information from documents or electronic sources. In collecting data the observations are first performed, tracing documents related to the Branch Manager of Muhammadiyah Kebayoran Baru. Data analysis was performed after obtaining secondary data with qualitative descriptive methods.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world. There are tens of thousands of mosques in Indonesia. The preferred mosque is only a worship facility. If you remember in the time of the Prophet, the function of the mosque is not only as a place of worship but also as a social means such as the transfer of knowledge, problems of the Ummah, and so forth. One of the mosques is able to revitalize the mosque in the economic field by conducting fund management procedures with infaq. The method used used field research using descriptive qualitative methods, the primary data source used consisted of interviews with the general chairperson, mosque management, and the Baitul Hakam congregation mosque on Jalan Kalimas Baru No. 121 Perak Timur, Secondary data sources come from books, searches, internet, and articles that discuss this research. The results of the study showed that the infaq aid funds were used for promotional activities using mini markets, mineral water products, and making soy milk so that they needed sufficient funds for the mosque and support the community’s needs.

Abstract

Economic development in the 20th century has a huge impact on the sustainability of mankind. However, on the other hand, it has a negative impact on the living ecosystem. Economics and the environment are considered two opposite sides in some ways like the way they treat profit orientation toward sustainable development. Sustainable development On the basis of this result creates a relatively new concept, Green Economy.

Green Economy is a concept that supports human welfare and care for the preservation of the environment and ecosystem of life in economic development. But the negative side of economic development could also affect the depletion of natural resources due to overexploitation, pollution of the land, water, and air due to industrial pollution, floods, and impact on climate change. Islam has an ideal concept of sustainable development. There are at least fundamental rules in order to support the sustainable development of the implementation of environmental fiqh based maqasid sharia for the management of Islamic resources in economic transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine implementation of the zakat management system, otherwise known as SIMBA and the influence of SIMBA towards the management of zakat in the form of collection and distribution zakat. The methodology in this study uses a simple linear regression method with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the study that the implementation of SIMBA in BAZNAS Bogor city has not been fully implemented seen in the results of research output with SPSS it is known that SIMBA implementation has an effect of 20.4% and distribution of 27.8%.

Abstract

Survey of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in early 2018 showed sharia financial literacy levels were only 8% based on inclusion rates, for sharia banks themselves reaching highest literacy rates of 6,6% literacy rates and 9% inclusion rates, this was the goal of the banking sharia, of the many obtained in each academic year, must be able to contribute to development of shariah banking literacy levels. Student markets are large for e-commerce and the market. This study looks at the level of financial inclusion of Islamic banking in e-commerce transactions. The instrument test was conducted to test the quality of the instruments used in the study using the classic assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, the data analysis technique of this study used simple regression analysis.\

Abstract

This article tries to examine the concept of welfare state according to capitalism in the view of al-Mawardi. The process of data collection is done by studying books, articles that discuss the concept of welfare, especially the book of al Adab Dunya wa al-Din, the phenomenal work of Imam Al-Mawardi. Finally, this article explains that the concept of al-Mawardi’s welfare state with the welfare state according to capitalism is the opposite. One of the most important examples of al-Mawardi’s view in the welfare state is that religion is the basis of the state. So that the basic policy is always thinking about the benefit of the people not on the will of a particular group or group. It is different from the concept of capitalism that the existence of this welfare state is to cover up the failure of the economic system that has been applied. This study is very useful to know how the concept of welfare state according to capitalism and according to Al-Mawardi, as well as to be used as reference material in subsequent writings. Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative method, this research is a type of field research (field research) conducted in Taman Sareh Village, Sampang District, Sampang District, the primary data source from the research results of interviews with several residents who are in Taman Sareh Village who conduct direct use This barter, starting from village officials such as village treasurers, and students from Taman Sareh Village, and also farmers. Secondary data contains records, reports arranged in an archive (in documents). Secondary data sources are from books, documentation, internet, and articles related to this research. So the post-harvest rice barter transaction in Taman Sareh Village, Sampang District, Sampang Regency is in accordance with Islamic law as what was added in the previous chapter. The results of this study indicate that the post-harvest rice barter transaction in Taman Sareh Village, Sampang District, Sampang Regency is in accordance with Islamic Sharia, follows the barter trade agreement, and barter requirements.

Abstract

The greater growth of the banking industry creates increasingly fierce competition between the sharia banking industry so that it will make consumers have many alternative choices before deciding which bank to aim for sharia banking transactions. This study aims to reveal the level of understanding of the quality of human resources of customers to customer decisions, the perception of product differentiation of customer decisions. This study uses qualitative research, data collected by interview, observation, documentation and then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. The results of the study prove the customer’s perception of product differentiation, the level of product understanding, and the quality of human resources have a positive influence on customer decisions in Islamic Banking. This means that according to consumers the three components are considered important when using services in Islamic Banking.
